Today anna beth and i made rigatoni and pesto salad and it tasted great! here's the recipe
1. two tablespoon's of pesto
2. 350g of rigatoni
3. half of a 100g block of halloumi
4. four tablespoons of pine nuts
the recipe serves two hungry people or four not very hungry people
cube the halloumi and fry with the pine nuts and put the pasta in a pan of boiled water and cook for however long it says on the packet when the halloumi and pasta is cooked drain the pasta and let it cool when both the pasta and halloumi are cool put them both in a large bowl and add the pesto and mix.
if you want you can add black or green olives and sundried tomatoes. cait :-)
